• Order processing, shipment, payment and returns information

ORDER PROCESSING

Our customers can order online by adding the products to the cart, filling in the delivery form, choosing the appropriate shipment and payment methods and finalising the transaction accordingly. After we have received an order in our system, we reserve 2-3 working days to prepare the shipment and arrange delivery. Weekends and public holidays might prolong the preparation time of the order accordingly.

SHIPMENT

We use Asyad for our order deliveries and Asyad can deliver within the whole area of the Sultanate of Oman. There are two shipment options available:

  • regular delivery - starting from OMR 2.100 within Muscat area when the order and shipment is prepaid with Thawani (see below for more information);

  • COD (cash on delivery) - starting from OMR 2.500 within Muscat area when a customer wants to pay for the order and shipment with cash to the courier or delivery person.

Our customers can choose a suitable shipment option while filling in the delivery form on our website.

Asyad takes approximately 3-4 working days to deliver the shipment within the whole area of Oman (including Muscat). The customers will receive tracking numbers for both regular and COD delivery with which they can check the current whereabouts of the shipment. Click here to track your shipment. The customers who are located within Ras Al Hamra (Muscat) area are offered free-of-charge delivery. In order to use this offer, the customers whose delivery address is located within this area need to choose an appropriate district in the delivery form. PAYMENT

Our customers can choose one out of two methods of payment available in our webshop. These are as follows:

  • Thawani - a quick bank transfer which allows for an instant payment for an order. It requires a usage of a bank card;

  • COD (cash on delivery) - payment by cash to the courier or delivery person.

The payment method can be chosen after a customer has filled in the delivery form and is ready to finalise the transaction.

RETURNS

Our customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days provided that the products purchased have not been used nor damaged. If you would like to return your order, please contact us directly via What's App or e-mail (you will find both below) and we will arrange the return.
